As a result, Shivalik Bank offers a range of simple, easy and quick options for you to repay your loan. Whether you would like to repay on your mobile phone from the comfort of your home or you would like to come to the branch to repay in person, the choice is yours!
Log onto your other bank’s internet or mobile banking or visit a payment centre / branch of another bank that processes NEFT / RTGS payments
Create an NEFT / RTGS transaction with the below mentioned details:
Beneficiary Name: Insert the name of the loan account holder
Beneficiary Bank: Shivalik Small Finance Bank
Beneficiary IFSC: SMCB0001001
Beneficiary Account : Insert the Shivalik loan account number you wish to repay
Step 1: Log in to the UPI PSP of your choice.
Step 2: Create a UPI ID on the app by choosing your bank and the correct bank account registered to your mobile number. This is applicable if you are using UPI for the first time.
Step 3: Initiate a transaction by selecting ‘Transfer money to Bank Account’
Step 4: Select option to enter Bank details
Step 5: Enter the following loan related details :
Account Number : Insert the Shivalik loan account number you wish to repay
IFSC Code : SMCB0001001
Account Holders Name : Insert the name of the loan account holder
Step 6: Enter the amount and UPI PIN to make the payment.
Step 7: The payment confirmation status will display as - i) Name of Customer linked to Loan Account ii) Transaction Success/Failure iii) Failure reason (if any)

This is only applicable for term loan accounts. Cash credit / overdraft customers cannot pay using this method
Make sure that the loan account is active
Please ensure the loan account number is correct
The payment will fail if the paid amount is greater than outstanding EMI + any overdue charges.
The payment will reflect in your account statement within 1-2 working days.
Customer having loan account with SSFB visits the branch to submit NACH Mandate form for getting his loan EMI to be debited from destination bank.
Branch staff will check the complete form and ensure the details filled by customer are matching with the bank records.
If details matched with bank record, continue to point no.3.
If details do not match with bank record, branch staff will return the form to customer for correction.
Branch Staff will scan the mandate form to upload on NACH portal
Branch will upload the mandate file for further processing post proper authorisation.
The mandate should be filled in block letters.
The ‘until cancelled’ option should not be ticked in any scenario.
TUMRN details on the form will only be filled in case the mandate is scanned for amendment or cancellation.
The Turnaround time for mandate cycle completion is T+5 working days.
Please ensure that the data entered by maker is same as of NACH mandate form as every rejection carries a cost for the bank.
For all the rejected cases, branch official will contact the customer for a new mandate as overwriting/corrections are not allowed.
Shivalik Bank is live on e mandate as destination bank, which enables customers to set e mandate from Shivalik Bank account for recurring payments.
Step 1: At Sponsored Bank portal- Validate your personal details.
Step 2: Choose your bank name, where you have your saving bank account.
Step 3: Validate your saving bank account details & input the mandate details.
Step 4: Choose Debit Card option to authorise the mandate request.
Step 5: Enter your Debit Card details (Card number, Exp Date and CVV) & OTP to authenticate mandate.
Step 6: After Successful authentication, its done.

By Cash: Visit your nearest Shivalik Bank branch to make a cash payment
By Cheque: Drop boxes are available at Shivalik Bank branches for cheque payments. Please ensure that the cheque used has ‘CTS – 2010’ imprinted on the left and it is NOT a post-dated cheque.
This is only applicable for term loan accounts. Cash credit / overdraft customers cannot pay using this method.
