Login to Shivalik Mobile Banking
Click on “More”
Select “Services”
Select “Debit Cards”
Select Reason
Hotlist/Block card
Select Hotlist
Submit
Success
Login to Shivalik Mobile Banking 2.0
Select Block Card
Select Status Type
(Permanent Hotlisting)
Select Reason Type
Card Blocked
(Temporary Hotlisting)
Customer Initiated
Enter OTP
You may block the card through our 24*7 either by calling on 1800-202-5333 from your registered mobile number or sending an email from your registered email to customercare@shivalikbank.com
Select Language
Select option to Block Card
Confirm to Block card
Card Hotlisted
You may speak to our Customer Care executive who shall assist you in taking the request and blocking of the card over the call.
On receipt of email our Customer Care executive would take necessary action and confirm once completed.
