Are there any charges to access mshiFFt?
A. No, there are no charges to access mshiFFt. However, standard internet or SMS charges may apply as per your mobile service provider. Also, the standard banking fees and charges will apply for transactions done on the application, if applicable.
How can I login to mshiFFt?
A. You can log in with the mPIN created during registration. If you have enabled biometrics, you can also log in using the biometric option.
How can I reset mPIN via mshiFFt?
A. The mPIN can be reset by clicking the ‘FORGOT mPIN’ icon on the login page. Select the preferred method to reset your mPIN:
- Option 1: Reset using Debit Card.
- Option 2: Reset using Aadhaar Number.
