Register on new Shivalik Mobile Banking App.

Please follow the below steps to register for Mobile Banking – 

Step 1: Download Shivalik Mobile Banking App
Step 2: Go to ‘Register’ button on the login screen
Step 3: Choose the appropriate option – ‘With Debit Card’, ‘Without Debit Card’ or ‘With IB Credentials’

Sub step (A): With Debit Card–

• Enter debit card details
• Enter OTP
• Set your MPIN
• Set for Touch ID / Face ID (optional)

Sub step (B): Without Debit Card (if you are not registered on internet banking)-

• Enter the basic details like – Customer ID, Name, DOB, Mobile Number and e-mail ID
• Confirm details and submit (your request will be submitted and you will be receiving mail on your registered e-mail id)
• Details of login password and transaction password for internet banking will be received in a password protected PDF on your registered e-mail ID
• Log in to your e-banking with the password shared on your e-mail id. After login you will be asked to create new login password and transaction password of your own choice.
• Use ‘With IB Credentials’ option to register.

Sub step (C): With IB Credentials–

• Choose the option to log in ‘With IB Credentials’
• Enter the User ID (Customer ID)
• Enter the internet banking password
• Enter OTP
• Create MPIN
