Role Accountability

  • The position would be the SPOC for departmental coordination and updates
  • Manage the IT Projects(existing/new) from planning, budgeting, resource management and delivery perspective and device effective tracking mechanism to ensure timely deliveries
  • Lead the DevOps and Change Management Teams
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders including business teams to understand new requirements and convert them into workable project plans
  • Collate required MIS reports and Dashboards for Senior Management’s consumption
  • Represent IT team in various management level committee meetings along with Head-IT
  • Contribute towards identifying short-term and long-term vision for the IT Team and the road-map to achieve the same
  • Support evaluation of new products and technologies and drive POCs
  • Requirements

    • Qualification – B.Tech, MCA, MBA
    • Certifications (prefered) – ITIL, CSM, PMP
    • Finacle (CBS / Digital Banking suite) exposure a must
    • Well versed in program and project management practices including risk management, project planning, status reporting, project governance, stakeholder management etc.
    • Excellent with written and oral communications skills
    • Strong presentation skills especially to senior management
    • Should have managed/lead small and medium sized projects and teams, preferably in banking domain
    • Well-versed with ITIL and ITSM concepts
    • Well-versed with project management tools like MS Project and analytics tools like MS PowerBI
    • Understanding of following (any/all) would be an advantage: Vendor management, Commercial negotiations and Contracting, Procurement and Invoicing, Asset life-cycle management
