Role Accountability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for troubleshooting service complaints and coordinating with Digital Banking Head and various bank departments in the identification and resolution of operational problems and elevating these problems, as necessary, to avoid repeated issues for solutions including, but not limited to:
        • Internet Banking
        • Mobile Banking
        • Payment Systems
        • Auto-reconciliation solution
        • Self-service Kiosk: Passbook printing etc.
        • LOS: Loan Origination Solution
        • CRM: Customer Relationship Management
        • Support Helpdesk
    • Ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure. Monitors and audits policy exceptions related to risk management issues
    • Candidate would be required to evaluate any new technology or product/solution as part of digital transformation roadmap for the bank
    • Candidate would be expected to compile and present progress/performance reports with the department head on a regular basis
    • Candidate would be expected to train and mentor existing and new members to the team and facilitate any external trainings required


    • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (ECE/CS/IT)/MCA
    • Certification: ITIL would be a plus
    • Team Management
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the emphasis on verbal and written communications to maintain constructive working relationships with all business partners, and external customers/vendors
    • Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and possess good organization and prioritization skills
    • Ability to lead digital banking initiatives with the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy with good exposure to Agile Methodology
    • Should possess detailed functional knowledge about Indian Banking eco-system including payment systems and the related technologies
        • UPI
        • IMPS
        • AEPS
        • NEFT & RTGS
        • NACH
        • CTS
    • Well-exposed to Internet and Mobile banking technologies including App development lifecycle for Android/iOS
    • Well-exposed to Info-sec and authentication requirements for Mobile and Internet Banking applications
    • ITIL certification would be a plus
