Role Accountability

  • Prospect new client opportunities & qualify revenue potential.
  • Custody of gold packets in the office, record it as per process.
  • Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.
  • Gold loan file disbursal in system (this could be done by BOM for most Branches).
  • Implement use of key selling tools, as per Proactive Selling. Identify and grow contacts within existing client organization at all levels.
  • Coordinate with branch sales team and support for lead conversion.
  • Develop and maintain business plans to achieve renewal and upsell/cross-sell goals.
  • Target Oriented and be responsible for assigned targets.
  • Conduct Self-Gold Valuation.

Skill Set

  • At least 6 months experienced.
  • Minimum qualification required i.e. Graduates.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Keen interest in generating leads, conducting marketing activities.
