Job Description

Role Accountability

  • Identifying new clients for boosting Forex business. Responsible of Sales, Business Growth & profitability. Meeting with new corporate, new banks & travel agents for procuring business & new clients. Preparing daily call reports/pipeline business/ meeting with clients
  • To ensure new tie-ups with Source Business partners & delivering the profitability to the Bank
  • To build up and maintain good relations with corporate customers, Banks, FFMC’s, Franchisees and Travel agents
  • To attend to customers queries/complaints and to resolve the same in co-ordination with the concerned person
  • To ensure that all the KYC document of the Business Partners are collected as per the RBI/AML guidelines
  • Process and reconcile large scales foreign exchange transactions/operations and functions in a banking environment, including all kind of foreign exchange and Import Export transactions
  • Banking GL’s balancing and reconciliation
  • Resolve wire transfer problems that may be complex and require investigation and coordination among customers branches and correspondent banks
  • Create and maintain a customer-oriented risk averse operating accountability
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peer level stake holders across the businesses

Skill Set

  • Must have forex sales experience of at least 03-05 years with proven track record in forex sales
  • Have experience of at least Forex AD-II Category – Branch Operations having good knowledge of foreign exchange dealing across counters
  • Excellent knowledge of international Banking Operations – Bank Accounts such as NRE/NRO/FCNR/EEFC documentation, servicing and record keeping
  • Must be well versed with LRS and FEMA guidelines
