Keep a watch on your account with our round the clock SMS Banking service. Be in a smart position to detect any unauthorized access to your account and to do banking with  your mobile phone….so why go to bank for things like the following services?

  3. Mini Statement of your account.
  4. Current Balance of your account.
  5. Stop payment for a cheque.

 

What you need to do to subscribe this service -

 

 

On your SMS BANKING number - 9211401010

 

You can request for the following :

  • REG
  • DEREG
  • BAL
  • MINI

  • CHKSEED
  • BOOKFD
  • MMID
  • EPIN

 

Pre-requisite:

  • Customer mobile no. should be registered with bank against CIF and within that CIF customer can use this facility for any saving/current account.
  • Customer needs to do one time registration for SMS Banking by sending keyword REG(space)account no. to +919211401010

 

Registration

Register for SMS Banking services today by sending an SMS to 9211401010 in the following format "REG<12 Digit A/c No.>", from your registered mobile number (Mobile number registered against your account with SMCB.XXXX is your account number.

 

 

De-Registration

To de-register from SMS Banking services:

Send SMS "DEREG<12 Digit A/c No.>" to 9211401010

a. Balance Enquiry

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010

"BAL <X>"where X is your 12 digit Account Number 

 

 

b. Mini Statement

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010

"MINI<X>"where X is your 12 digit Account Number.

 

 

c. Cheque Book Request

 Please send the following SMS to 9211401010.

"CHQBOOK " where X is your 12 digit Account Number.

 

 

d. Cheque Stop

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010.

"CHQSTOP" where X is your 12 digit Account Number and Y is the Cheque Number.

 

 

e. Cheque Status

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010."CHQSTATUS" where X is your 12 digit Account Number and Y is the Cheque Number.

 

 

f. Blocking of ATM card

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010."HOT" where X is your 12 digit Account Number and Y is last 4 digit of your atm card number .

 

g. Aadhaar Card

To link Aadhaar SMS

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010."SEED" where X is your 12 digit Account Number and Y is 12 digit aadhaar no.

 

To check Aadhaar status SMS

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010." CHKSEED" where X is your 12 digit Account Number.

h. To Book FD(Fixed Deposit)

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010." BOOKFD" where w is your 12 digit Account Number , x is amount , y is Term and z is I , which is used for reinvestment.

 

i. Fund receive using MMID (To generate it)

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010." MMID" where x is your 12 digit Account Number.

 

 NOTE - Please dont use < or > symbol while sending the SMS.

 

j. To Generate EPIN

Please send the following SMS to 9211401010." EPIN <x> <y>" where x is your 12 digit Account Number and y is last 4 digits of your atm card number . Now you receive a Reference Number this number should be shown in branch then you will receive a OTP on your registered mobile number , by using this OTP you can generate EPIN through shivalik bank atm machine .
