The Internet banking portal of our bank, enables its customers to operate their accounts, from anywhere anytime, removing the restrictions imposed by geography and time. It's a platform that enables the customers to carry out their banking activities from their desktop, aided by the power and convenience of the Internet with the highest security.

Using Internet banking services, you can do the following banking transactions online:

  • View Balances of Savings Account, Fixed Deposit and Loan Accounts.
  • Funds transfer between own accounts.
  • Third party transfers request to other accounts within Shivalik
  • Request for Inter Bank Transfers to accounts with other Banks using NEFT
  • Request for Inter Bank Transfers to accounts with other Banks using RTGS
  • Open Fixed Deposit /Recurring Deposit
  • Online standing instructions for periodical transfer for Recurring Deposits
  • Deposit Pre-closure
  • Request for Issue of Cheque Book
  • Request for Stop Cheque
  • View status of Issued Cheques
  • Card Hot listing


How to use this service?

This Product is available if a customer has a valid and operative Shivalik bank account.

Customer can apply for Internet Banking as below-

  • Customers shall visit the Branch where he/she is maintaining an account with Shivalik Bank and shall submit the filled Internet banking registration form which can be received from branch itself or can be downloaded from our website. Application further form shall be duly authorized by the


How financial transaction request will be  manage.

ll financial transaction where request is being made by customer for transfer funds wither by RTGS/NEFT or from his customer id to other customer id in Shivalik itself will be handled by backend team.

  • Back end team will execute the maker checker at centralized location.
  • However all financial transactions request  will support OTP to secure the transaction but still all request received for Rupees 10 lakh and above shall be confirmed by centralized team via telephone within 30 minutes on the customer registered mobile number.
  • Personal information will be verified over phone like D.O.B, PAN card number, Debit card number. Etc.
  • On satisfactory information received from customer transaction request shall be accepted.
  • Bank has installed a voice recorder system to handle the dispute in future, so that customer may not deny his online request.
  • Bank shall have a voice data up to one month only.

How a customer can create his login id and password

Customer should ready at the time of registration with below information.

  • Registered Mobile Number.
  • Valid ATM cum Debit card number.
  • Expiry date of ATM cum Debit card.
  • 4 digit password of ATM cum Debit card.
  • Customer Id number.
  • Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.

Step 1:

If you are ready with the above information please visit and further select internet banking link under Xpress banking. Customer will be routed to the below screen.

Please read the information on the above screen and press continue button. By pressing continue to login you will be routed to the next screen as below.

Step 2:

Step 3:- Please read the instructions carefully and accept the terms and conditions and click on the next button. After this you will be routed to the next screen as below. Please be ready with your Customer id , which can be received from branches or may be viewed from your bank account statement.

Step 4:-

        Select continue and you will be routed on new screen as below.

Please enter the information asked in screen and select continue.

Step 5:-

You will receive a onetime password on your registered mobile. Enter the same in below screen and submit.


Step 6:-

A new screen will be in front of you after step 5, and will ask your ATM PIN to enter, please enter the 4 digit ATM PIN and select continue.

Step 7:-

Please create a user id to login as per your choice and set the password in below screen and select continue.

Please note that both login password and transaction password can’t be same.

You will see the congratulations screen like below.
